Our Story
About Sam & Warrior Contracting
My name is Sam Stoltzfus, and I started Warrior Contracting because I believe homeowners deserve a contractor they can actually trust. Someone who shows up when they say they will, does the work right, and charges a fair price.
I've been working in roofing and waterproofing for years, and I've seen what happens when jobs are rushed or corners are cut. That's not how we operate. Every project we take on gets our full attention — whether it's a small repair or a full basement waterproofing system.
We're proud to serve the State College area and the surrounding communities. If you're dealing with a leaky roof or a wet basement, give me a call. I'll come take a look and give you a straight answer.
Honesty
We tell you what you actually need — not what makes us the most money. If a repair will do the job, we won't push you toward a replacement.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in our work. Every job is done to a standard we'd be proud to put our name on — because we do.
Reliability
We show up when we say we will. We finish when we say we will. And we stand behind what we build.

What Homeowners Say
Sam was upfront about what needed to be done and didn't try to oversell us. The roof looks great and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
— Homeowner, State College
We had water coming into our basement every time it rained. Sam's team fixed it and we haven't had a drop since. Highly recommend.
